ELECTRONIC WHEEL WASHER with washing tank in stainless steel featuring a cleaning method with low-pressure water and plastic granules, designed to handle oversized and heavy car, SUVs and van wheels. Designed and tested also for optimal functioning on Racing studded wheels.

Washing tyre and rim on a periodical basis helps to remove road grime, saline residuals and brake dust build-up which could endanger tyre bead integrity and operator's health and prevent from performing a precise wheel balancing activity, thus reducing overall driving safety conditions.

The closed water cycle enables an easy waste handling and allows to use a low amount of water if compared to other wheel cleaning solutions. 6 different washing cycles are also available to match different kinds of rims and levels of dirtiness and to make operators able to provide to their customers a safe and professional maintenance and storage activity. The washing performances of the machine LR500 are even further enhanced by using an electronically controlled water heating system.

Stainless steel washing tank to avoid any rust risk in case of scratches or paint loss, mainly on the external part of the tank.

Wheel drive system equipped with special profiled rollers for smooth running and better wheel rolling stability during washing and drying phases. Designed and tested for optimal functioning also on studded wheels.

Patented blowing procedure to achieve enhanced wheel shine results and keep the working area cleaner during wheel washer unloading phases. The drying cycle starts automatically at the end of each washing cycle.
